Well, if I got it correctly browsing this forum the GM is in Ðiauliai & participating fee is LTL 50,-. As Lithuanian is not my native language I dont understand what about pioneers ?

First of all, welcome have a good time here.
Secondly, about pioneers, they was a part of organization, founded in Soviet union. There were camps, where pioneers spent most of their time glorifying Lenin they used to wear silly tie's and hats, named " pilotki " If youre in need of futher information, I could search some in lithuanian or russian and translate it for you, but there may be some mistakes, because I'm not strong in EN
